How do I top up my balance on the automatic machines at CAMPING-CAR PARK?

Each area of the network is equipped with an automatic machine at the entrance, allowing you to top up your account easily.

Steps to follow :

  1. Meet in front of the automaton.
  2. Select your language.
  3. Choose your vehicle type.
  4. Select the amount you would like to pay (€10, €20, €30, etc.) or the number of nights you would like to spend at the site. (This is not a reservation: your pitch is not guaranteed, regardless of the number of nights selected).
  5. Click on "Next" at bottom right.
  6. Indicate whether or not you are already a customer.
  7. Follow the instructions to secure payment.

Once the transaction is completed, your balance is instantly updated on your card. CAMPING-CAR PARK.

The mobile application makes it easy to take care of everything, wherever you are, for total autonomy.

Reload your balance from the application :

  1. From the home page, click on "Reload" opposite "My balance".
  2. Enter the desired amount.
  3. Add to cart, click "Next" and follow the steps.
  4. Finalize your 100% secure payment.
