Manage your CAMPING-CAR PARK account: simplicity, autonomy and peace of mind at every stage

Whether you're new to the scene or a seasoned motorhome enthusiast, managing your account well is key to fully enjoying our network of sites and services. With simple tools and quality human support, you're in control of your travels... with complete peace of mind.

How do I top up my balance at CAMPING-CAR PARK site kiosks?

Each site in the network has a kiosk at the entrance, allowing you to easily top up your account.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Head to the kiosk.
  2. Select your language.
  3. Choose your vehicle type.
  4. Select the amount you want to add (€10, €20, €30, etc.) or the number of nights you want to stay on the site. (Please note: this isn't a reservation, and your pitch isn't guaranteed, regardless of the number of nights you select.)
  5. Click "Next" in the bottom right.
  6. Indicate whether you're already a customer or not.
  7. Follow the instructions until you reach the secure payment stage.

Once the transaction is complete, your balance is instantly updated on your CAMPING-CAR PARK card.

The CAMPING-CAR PARK app: your travel buddy

The mobile app makes everything easier, wherever you are, giving you complete independence.

Topping up your balance from the app:

  1. From the homepage, click "Top up" next to "My balance."
  2. Enter the amount you want to add.
  3. Add to your basket, click "Next" and follow the steps.
  4. Finalise the 100% secure payment.
