How does it work? – Your frequently asked questions about CAMPING-CAR PARK

This practical guide is designed for motorhome users of the CAMPING-CAR PARK network, to make their travels easier across France and Europe.

1. What's the CAMPING-CAR PARK app for?

It's the tool that simplifies life on the road:

  • Find over 600 areas in France and Europe, with or without reservation.
  • Search for an area according to your preferences (beach, mountain, nature, etc.) on an interactive map.
  • Check real-time availability before you travel.
  • Enter and exit areas independently.
  • Manage your account, top up your balance, and check your expenses.
  • See the services available on each site (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, emptying, etc.).
  • Book and manage (Cancel/modify) your upcoming stays.
  • Activate Your Privilege Pack
  • Download your invoices and track your payments and payment methods.
  • Post a Review

In short, it's a real Swiss army knife for hassle-free travel.

2. How to get onto a site

  • With or without a booking: the code is available on the app's homepage.

Once on site, you can come and go as you please (depending on the option you have chosen).
Please note: without a booking, your space isn’t guaranteed if you leave and come back later. Payment is made on departure and automatically debited from your CCP account. Top up via the app.

Tip: Do you have a physical access card? With your lifetime access card, simply scan it in front of the keypad, without entering the numbers.

3. Payment: simple and secure

  • Automatic debit from your CCP account upon departure.
  • Top up your balance via the app (credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, foreign cards accepted).
  • Real-time notifications of expenses.
  • Secure banking data (Payline).

4. "0 spaces available" but there are free pitches? Why?

Because pitches can be reserved for arrivals later in the day.
If you see empty pitches but the system says "full", that's normal: they are blocked for reservations.
The system automatically blocks certain pitches for arrivals scheduled later in the day, in order to honour the commitments made when reservations were taken.

To book your spot, remember the Pack'Privilège.

5. How do I plan my route?

With the CAMPING-CAR PARK app, it's quick and easy:

  • Activate the Route function from the app's homepage
  • Add the stages of your choice according to your desires
  • Check available sites, services offered and prices at a glance
  • Organize your route according to the dates you want
  • Book in a few clicks and set off with peace of mind

6. What is the Digital Pass?

The Digital Pass is a lifetime digital pass (5€) that allows access to all sites.

  • Everything is done via the app, no more card to manage.
  • Direct activation on your account.
  • Covers activation fees and access to the network.
  • No need for a physical card anymore.

7. Paper map of the sites: a practical version to take with you?

Yes, the 2024/2025 Sites & Campsites Map is available:

  • Practical for planning without a network.
  • Clear information about services and location.
  • Easy to take everywhere.

8. Does the physical access card still work?

  • Yes, it still works for entering and exiting the sites. But the app is still more practical, especially for updates and future loyalty program options.
  • There is an alternative: your personal access code is always available on the app.
  • The app is recommended to take advantage of additional features and, soon, exclusive benefits via the loyalty program.

9. How to top up your account? (in video)

  • Via the app: go to the Top up section, choose the amount, and make a secure credit card payment.
  • Directly on some site machines.

Don't forget to tick the box "I accept the general terms and conditions of sale" to finalise your payment.

10. What's the Privilege Pack for?

The PRIVILEGE PACK costs €29/year and gives you access to:

  • Reservations up to 6 months in advance.
  • Last-minute reservations.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the booking.
  • Unlimited entries/exits during your stay.
  • A second vehicle is accepted on certain sites.

Super useful during busy periods.

11. The access code: how does it work?

  • Personal and permanent code valid for all destinations.
  • Activates 5 minutes before your booking starts.
  • Can be generated at any time for immediate access without a reservation.
  • Gives access to all services on the site.
  • The physical card also works if you prefer.

12. Contact CAMPING-CAR PARK

  • WhatsApp: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Application: Contact or FAQ section.
  • Facebook Group: Support between motorhomers.
  • Customer account: Form on the website or social media.
  • Need assistance on a site: Call +33 1 83 64 69 21 (8am–11pm, 7am–midnight in summer).
