Do you have a physical access card?

Don't worry! Your card remains valid and functions normally . The Digital Pass is an additional option for more flexibility.

Have you made a reservation?

You will receive a personal access code , which you will enter on the keypad at the entrance to the area. The barrier will open as usual.

Have you ordered a card but not yet collected it?

No need to travel: you automatically benefit from the Digital Pass , available immediately on the app.
