What's different from before?

Before:

• You would receive a physical access card by mail or pick it up from an automatic kiosk.
• You had to keep it with you for every stay.

Now:

• Everything is centralised in your mobile app.
• You log in, and your Pass is ready to use.
• You no longer need to travel or wait for a delivery.

Do you have a physical access card?

No worries! Your card is still valid and works as normal. The Digital Pass is an additional option for more flexibility.

Have you made a reservation?

You'll receive a personal access code to enter on the keypad at the entrance to the site. The barrier will open as usual.

Have you ordered a card but not picked it up yet?

No need to travel: you automatically get the Digital Pass, available immediately on the app.

📲 How do I activate my Digital Pass?

2. Log in with your phone number and email address.
3. Your card is automatically linked to your account: it becomes your Digital Pass.
