CAMPING-CAR PARK now offers a new 100% digital option for accessing more than 600 sites in France and Europe: the Digital Pass.

Accessible directly from your mobile app, it offers you a convenient alternative to a physical access card.

What is the Digital Pass?

• A digital Pass valid for life, accessible via the CAMPING-CAR PARK app.
• It costs only €5 for permanent access to the entire network thanks to the access code, which allows you to open the barriers.
• A 100% digital option, available anytime on your smartphone.
• An alternative to physical cards, for those who prefer to travel without physical media.

What's different from before?

Before:

• The physical access card was the only way to access the network areas.
• Many customers asked us for a remote activation option, without having to wait for the card to arrive in the mail or travel to a terminal.

Now you have a choice:

• Digital option: in response to your requests, we have developed the Digital Pass! Your access card is now available in digital format, directly accessible in your mobile app.
• Physical option: you can still purchase your physical access card from the machine if you prefer this method, while also having your digital access code via the mobile app as a backup.

Already a customer? Here's what you need to know

Do you have a physical access card?

No worries! Your card remains perfectly valid and works normally. The Digital Pass is simply an additional option for greater flexibility. You can use your card or code via the mobile app.

Have you made a reservation?

Use your access code to open the gate. The gate opens as usual.

📲 How do I activate my Digital Pass?

◻️ Step 1: Create your CAMPING-CAR PARK account

Download or update the CAMPING-CAR PARK app.

Create your account by entering your phone number.

🔗 Access your customer account

◻️ Step 2: Purchase your Digital Pass

Purchase your digital Pass directly from the app

The digital Pass costs €5 (network access fee) and is valid for life.

Once your purchase has been confirmed, your digital Pass will be immediately available in your app.

◻️ Step 3: Use your access code to enter an area

Position yourself in front of the entrance terminal of the CAMPING-CAR PARK area.

Open your application and activate your personal access code.

Enter this code on the terminal keypad and confirm it with the arrow key.

The gate opens automatically: welcome to the rest area!
