The 6 answers that will save you from calling customer service

At CAMPING-CAR PARK, we know that our motorhome travellers appreciate being independent. So here are 6 clear and practical answers to resolve the most frequently asked questions, to save you from calling our customer service. Simple, fast and efficient!

1. What are the times and prices?

  • Network access fees: €5 (valid for life)
  • Less than 5 hours on a site: flat rate of €6 (with some exceptions)
  • More than 5 hours : pricing in 24-hour blocks, which varies according to:
    • the destination
    • the included services (water, electricity, emptying, etc.)
    • the season
    • the local pricing policy
  • Tourist tax: automatically collected, according to the rules of the region concerned

To find out the exact price: check the mobile app or the CAMPING-CAR PARK website.

2. Why can't I access my account or make a reservation anymore?

Please check:

  • That you are using the correct email address
  • That your password is correct (see below to reset it)
  • That you are connected to the internet

If the problem persists, try logging in again or updating the app.

3. How do I generate a new password?

  1. Click on "Forgotten password" on the login page
  2. You will receive an e-mail containing a link to create a new one
  3. Follow the instructions and log in again

Remember to check your spam folder if you don't receive anything!

4. How do I extend my stay?

  • If pitches are available, your stay is automatically extended by 24 hours if you do not leave the site
  • If the site is full (according to upcoming reservations), you will have to leave the pitch
  • To avoid any surprises, secure your stay with a reservation from the app

5. Can I put out a table and chairs?

This depends on the type of regulations in place on the site:

  • "Parking" regulations: outdoor furniture prohibited (table, awning, etc.)
  • "Camping" rules: furniture generally allowed

Always check the information displayed on site or on the app before setting up.

6. How do I book a stay?

Bookings can only be made via the mobile app:

  1. Open the CAMPING-CAR PARK app
  2. Click on Sites
  3. Search for the site you want (by destination or on the map)
  4. Click on "Book" > change the dates if needed
  5. Click on Add to basket > finalise payment

The Privilege Pack is required to book (€29/year, cancelable free of charge)

Once booked, your pitch is reserved even if you leave the site temporarily.
