1. What are the times and prices?

• Network access fee: €5 (valid for life)
• Less than 5 hours at a site: €6 flat rate (with exceptions)
• Over 5 hours : price per 24h, variable according to :
  • the destination
  • Services included (water, electricity, oil change, etc.)
  • the season
  • local pricing policy
• Tourist tax: levied automatically, according to the rules of the region concerned

2. Why can't I consult my account or make a reservation?

Check :

• If you use the right e-mail address
• If your password is correct (see below to reset it)
• If you are well connected to the Internet

3. How do I generate a new password?

1. Click on "Forgot password" on the login page
2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one.

4. How can I extend my stay?

• If spaces are available, your stay is automatically extended by 24 hours if you do not leave the area.
• If the area is full (depending on future bookings), you will have to leave the site.

It all depends on the type of regulations governing the area:

• Parking regulations: outdoor furniture prohibited (tables, awnings, etc.)

6. How do I book a holiday?

Reservations only via mobile app:

1. Open the CAMPING-CAR PARK application
2. Click on Aires
3. Search for the desired area (by destination or on the map)
4. Click on "Book" > change dates if necessary
5. Click on Add to cart > finalize payment
