Whether you're a novice or a seasoned campervan enthusiast, this article will guide you step by step to fully enjoy your stay at one of the 600 service areas in the network across France and Europe.

Our areas are fully accessible, 24/7, for maximum freedom.

Stay in complete freedom, with or without reservation

With CAMPING-CAR PARK, you're free to start your trip at any time, even without a prior reservation*. Thanks to the free mobile app, it only takes a few simple steps.

Roaming (without reservation)

1. I arrive at a rest area.
2. I open my phone and the CAMPING-CAR PARK app.
3. I create an account or log in.
4. In the app's home area, I click on "Activate".
5. I retrieve my personal access code.
6. I type this code on the keypad next to the barrier.
7. The barrier opens, I can park in a free spot.

With reservation

1. I arrive at the reserved area.
2. I open the app and go to the home page.
3. I get my access code back.
4. I type this code on the keypad at the entrance.
5. The gate opens, and I can sit down.

🕓 Payment for your stay is made automatically upon departure, based on the actual length of stay. The amount is debited from your balance without any additional action. Remember to top up your balance via the app to avoid being blocked upon departure.

The CAMPING-CAR PARK app is your best ally:

• Geolocate the areas around you.
• Filter according to your needs (sea, mountain, services, etc.).
• Check out reviews from other travelers.
• Find market hours, local tips and nearby activities.

It also informs you in real time of availability in each area.

24/7 services

Each area offers essential services for your comfort:

• Electricity
• Drinking water
• Wastewater drainage
• Wi-Fi
• Waste sorting

Access them by swiping your Digital Pass or entering your access code. Available 24/7 for maximum flexibility.

💳 If you only want to access these services without staying overnight, a special €5 fee is available. For stays with an overnight stay, access to these services is included in the overall 24-hour rate.
