Whether you're a newbie or a regular, this article guides you step by step to fully enjoy your stay at one of the 600 areas in the network in France and Europe.

Our areas are accessible completely independently, 24/7, for maximum freedom.

Enjoy a carefree stay, with or without a reservation

With CAMPING-CAR PARK, you're free to start your stay at any time, even without a prior reservation*. Thanks to the free mobile app, it only takes a few simple steps.

On the road (without a reservation)

1. I arrive at an area.
2. I open my phone and the CAMPING-CAR PARK app.
3. I create an account or log in.
4. In the app's home screen, I click on "Activate".
5. I retrieve my personal access code.
6. I enter this code on the keypad next to the barrier.
7. The barrier opens, and I can set up on a free pitch.

With a reservation

1. I arrive at the reserved area.
2. I open the app and go to the home screen.
3. I retrieve my access code.
4. I enter this code on the keypad at the entrance.
5. The barrier opens, and I can set up.

🕓 Payment for your stay is made automatically upon your departure, based on the actual duration of your stay. The amount is debited from your balance without any additional action. Remember to top it up via the app to avoid any issues when leaving.

The mobile app for staying on our sites

The CAMPING-CAR PARK app is your best friend:

• Find sites near you.
• Filter based on what you need (sea, mountains, services, etc.).
• See what other travellers are saying.
• Find out when the local markets are on, discover local tips, and see what activities are nearby.

It also tells you how many spaces are available at each site in real time.

Services available 24/7

Each site offers essential services for your comfort:

• Electricity
• Drinking water
• Waste water disposal
• Wi-Fi
• Waste sorting

Enter using your Pass'Etapes card or by entering your access code. Available 24/7 for maximum flexibility.

💳 If you only want to use these services without staying overnight, there's a special package for €5. For overnight stays, access to these services is included in the overall 24-hour rate.
