Manage your customer balance from the application

Payment for your stays, whether booked or not, is automatically debited from your customer balance. You can check this balance at any time from the mobile app homepage*.

If your balance is not displayed, check that you are logged in. Go to "Account" (icon in the bottom right corner) and click "Log in."

How to top up your balance?

1. Tap the "Top up" button visible next to your balance in the app.
2. Choose the amount to add using the wheel or by entering it directly.
3. Confirm with the payment method of your choice (foreign credit cards accepted).

You can also check and top up your account via the entry terminals available in each area.
