Payment for your stays, whether booked or not, is automatically taken from your customer balance. You can check this balance at any time from the home page of the mobile app.

If your balance isn't displayed, make sure you're logged in. Go to "Account" (icon at the bottom right) and click on "Log in."

How to top up your balance?

1. Tap the "Top up" button next to your balance in the app.
2. Choose the amount to add using the dial or by entering it directly.
3. Confirm with your preferred payment method (foreign credit cards accepted).

You can also view and top up your account via the entry terminals available at each site.
