10 "Camping de mon Village" stops you won't want to miss!

Dreaming of a holiday in a campervan, van, or even a tent, in harmony with nature and local heritage? This summer, hit the road with CAMPING-CAR PARK and discover 10 charming stops where culture, nature, and freedom go hand in hand. These stops are part of the "CAMPING de mon Village" network, redeveloped from former municipal campsites. Welcoming campervans all year round, and tents and caravans in summer thanks to their facilities, they offer a calm, green setting ideal for exploration.

1. Auberive (Haute-Marne)

Nestled in the National Forest Park, Auberive charms with its Cistercian abbey and contemporary art exhibitions. A place where old stones interact with nature and creation.

What our campervanners say:

Philippe: "Great campervan site... Well laid out with toilets and WCs... Pitches in the shade... Well signposted and reasonably priced."

Agnès: "We had a very pleasant stay in this campervan area, which was also shaded, which was rather nice in this heat. The sanitary facilities are impeccably clean, there is even a machine available to wash your clothes for free, I had never seen that before and it is very appreciable even if I did not use it as it was the end of our holiday."

What our campervanners say:

Blanchard : "We had a very pleasant stay at this motorhome area, and what's more, it was in the shade, which was very welcome in this heat. The sanitary facilities are impeccably clean, there is even a machine available to wash your clothes for free, I had never seen that before and it is very appreciable even if I did not use it as it was the end of our vacation."

5. Lunery (Cher)

Along the Cher river, Lunery invites you to take a refreshing break in the heart of Berry. Between industrial remains and unspoiled nature, a gentle immersion awaits you.

What our campervanners say:

Eric : "The campsite is well maintained even in winter. The lighting is on in the evening. The bins are at the entrance. In case of rain, given the number of places available, we can park on the access areas to the plots. You have to think about supplies if you want to stay. In the village, you will find a bar-tobacconist-restaurant and a bakery-pastry shop with good quality products."

What our campervanners say:

Jean-François : "A really nice area. Just be careful in the wetter months as the greasy soil quickly appears under the grass... (experienced this in December, and there's a sign warning you at the entrance). But the locals in Taugon are extremely helpful and available to assist you. A great memory, we'll definitely be back."
